Information is Power. That’s why we’ve made HuddleApp adaptable to every event and a multi-device web app. Start with our multi-platform Informative Module package that covers all of your event’s basic needs.
This module has an Agenda where attendees can find specific information about each activity. It has an Event Map to locate main points of interest and information about speakers, chefs, and sommeliers. With this module you can also include details about products, wines, recipes, and companies with videos, pictures, and a link to social networks. Attendees can get directions using Google maps. There is a Sponsor Area where sponsors can increase return on investment. You’ll also be able to add include any other specific information necessary for your event.
This module allows attendees to register and confirm their attendance directly through HuddleApp using their tablets, ios or android smartphones. Once registered, attendees are incorporated into the system and are identified each time they access it. This module also lets them sign up for activities and respond to surveys and ratings.
Get results. With this module you’ll be able to take surveys, highlight favorite wines, products, companies, or speakers, get ratings, or design fun questionnaires to find out what your attendees are thinking. Results are instantly available your devices and you’ll be able to use them to organize contests, games, and presentations throughout the event.
Once registered, attendees will have access to a page where they will find all of their personal activity at the event or conference (activities they have registered for, products they have liked, ratings they given to speakers, etcetera). Attendees will be able to easily organize their visit by choosing companies they want to meet with, wines they want to taste, or lectures they would like to attend.
